Weekly meals, one delivery

One kitchen cooks.
One van arrives.
Everyone eats.

Octoflow turns on a weekly meal delivery for your office, coworking space or building. Members order and pay for themselves. A local kitchen cooks once and delivers once.

Already a member? Sign in. Not yet? Your office sends the invite.

How a week works

The same four days, every week.

Nobody organises anything twice. Once an office is on, the week runs on its own rhythm and the next one is already booked.

  1. The office

    Tuesday

    The week opens

The menu is up. Members get a note that ordering is open for next Monday.

  2. Members

    Saturday

    Ordering closes at midnight

Everyone has picked their own meals and paid with their own card by then.

  3. The kitchen

    Sunday

    The count is final

One production sheet and one delivery sheet, generated from the orders.

  4. Everyone

    Monday

    One delivery arrives

The whole week's orders in one drop, at the same door, labelled by name.

For offices, coworks and buildings

Turn on lunch for your workplace.

Book the kitchen that cooks it, set the weekly rhythm, and invite your people. You organise once; you never cater, collect money or chase anyone.

  • Everyone orders and pays for themselves, on their own card. No spreadsheet, no float.
  • One delivery, at the same door, on the same day every week.
  • Allergens and prices are on the menu before anyone orders, not remembered afterwards.
  • Add or remove members any time. An invitation is an email; a join code works for a whole floor.

For kitchens

Cook one run a week for the offices near you.

One menu, one cutoff, one delivery, one payout. A full week of covers from a single production run, with the count fixed before you buy a single ingredient.

  • You set the menu and the prices. Once the week is published, both are frozen.
  • No guessing volume: the order count is final on Sunday, before you cook.
  • Orders arrive as one production sheet and one delivery sheet, ready to print.
  • Paid through Stripe after each delivery. No invoices, no chasing.

The count is final. Print one production sheet and one delivery sheet.
Monday
Cook the run, drop it once. Stripe pays you out after the delivery.

Members join by invitation. If your workplace runs on Octoflow, ask whoever runs it for the invite email or the join code. You order your own meals and pay with your own card.

Questions

The short answers.

Offices

What does it cost the office?

Nothing. Members pay for their own meals at checkout, plus card processing. The office never holds money.

How do people join?

You invite them by email, one address at a time, or share a join code that anyone in the building can use. Invitations expire after seven days; codes can be switched off whenever you like.

What if a week doesn't work?

You book weeks a few at a time and can skip one. Members are only charged for meals they ordered in a week that actually runs.

Can the coordinator order too?

Yes. The person who registers the office is also a member of it, and can switch between running the office and ordering their own meals.

Kitchens

How many dishes do I need?

Between one and three per week. Each has its own price and its own allergen list, and both are locked once the week is published.

When do I know the numbers?

Ordering closes Saturday at midnight and the count is final on Sunday. You cook on Monday against a fixed sheet, never against a forecast.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe, to your own connected account, after each delivery. You see what members paid and what is being sent, week by week.

Can one kitchen serve several offices?

Yes. Each office books its own weeks. You see every booking on one calendar and each week's orders on their own sheets.
